IV. Travelling with your pet to the Czech Republic from other EU Member States

Must meet the following requirements:
first animal identification

dog, cat or ferret must be identified microchip. 2 Pas the pet

3 Vaccination against rabies

dog, cat or ferret must be vaccinated against rabies, from 3 months of age. Vaccination against rabies must be made with an inactivated vaccine containing at least 1 international unit (WHO standard) or recombinant vaccine.

For the purpose of traveling with an animal shall be vaccinated against rabies as valid:
a 21 days after vaccination, which, according to vaccination schedule required by the manufacturer is considered the last for primary vaccination
or
b from booster if the vaccine had been made during the period of the previous vaccination in the country where this has been done prior vaccination (vaccination force is given by the manufacturer). This booster is considered essential , if there is no veterinary certificate confirming previous vaccination.
